Isotonic Buffered Saline (PBS):

An all purpose PBS for laboratory use
Does not contain azide or any other preservative
Offered at 20x concentrate, store at room temperature
Dilute 1:20 (1 volume PBS with 19 volumes of distilled water) prior to use
Store as 1x working solution in refrigerator

Enhancing Wash Buffers:
