Isotonic Buffered Saline (PBS):

  1. An all purpose PBS for laboratory use
  2. Does not contain azide or any other preservative
  3. Offered at 20x concentrate, store at room temperature
  4. Dilute 1:20 (1 volume PBS with 19 volumes of distilled water) prior to use
  5. Store as 1x working solution in refrigerator
